muscles vs fat, fat and muscles, muscular body and bulky body

On my end, wow this is another false opinion. Many people started to get bulky when they reach the age of 40 and above.  To some, they started to get bulky in their 30’s. They develop fat around their waistline and in some parts of their body…  But the answer to the simple question “Is it true that my muscle will turn into fat if I stop Exercising?” is simply NO NO NO. Why no. Of course muscles are always muscles and fats are always fats.  This is the same as chicken will not turn into ducks and same with dogs into cats.

Based on research, as we age and we stop exercising and start focusing on eating too much foods, as well as we live in a sedentary life, this is the time that our muscles will begin to shrink in a gradual way while our body fat will begin to store up, develop and expand also in a gradual way.  This is the result of negligence in our state of health.

Because of this, a life full of exercise is always an active life and how more active it will be if you accompany it with the right diet with healthy foods every day.

Another idea from a friendly person really me me me and me only. It is I “telling you this” to maintain a well figured body, one must combine cardiovascular exercise with weight training exercise and accompanied with healthy foods and a balance diet…. For what purposes that these two types of exercise must be combined together????  == The answer is “”cardiovascular exercise is very important for burning fats and losing weight while weight training can help your muscles remain packed even as you get older as long as you always do the weight training regularly".

What are the examples of cardiovascular exercises and weight training exercises?

HERE are the answers:::

Cardiovascular exercises:: ==== jogging, walking, swimming, jumping-rope, treadmill exercise, climbing stairs, running.

Weight training exercises ( weight lifting exercises ): === weight lifting= sometimes or at most, include dumbbells ===dumbbell bench press, flat and incline dumbbell flyes, push-ups, set-ups.. many more.

That’s all for now from simply me.
